A Natural drop of wales

Refreshing water from the heart of Pembrokeshire.

Fresh from the Pembrokeshire Hills

Nestled in the beautiful countryside atop the Pembrokeshire hills and just a few miles from the coast, sits Princes Gate, the source of our naturally Welsh water. Our source is so special to us and for this reason we go to great lengths to look after and nurture it.

We love nothing more than when rain is forecast, a grey sky full of clouds and the odd torrential downpour. That’s because every drop of rain that falls on the Pembrokeshire hills around us replenishes our precious source.

Over time the water filters through the mineral rich rocks that protect our source. Then when mother nature’s finished working her magic, we lovingly bottle it. Bringing you some crisp refreshment when you need it.

We’ve been carefully looking after the source for 30 years alongside building a business that takes responsibility for our environmental and social impact. We’re very proud of our water and our legacy, but there is always more to do and we’re 100% committed to doing better.

We’re a busy bunch

We’re a passionate team here at Princes Gate, we love what we do, we love our community and we love our planet. We enjoy nothing more than getting behind our nation’s sporting events, hydrating our sports heroes and using our business to benefit others wherever we can. We are advocates of change and continue to encourage better recycling practices and environmental responsibility.

Proud to be stocked by

“We’ve been stocking Princes Gate for over 20 years. A brand that’s passionately welsh and a water that has a pure, natural taste.”

We’ve come a long way

We began by bottling water by hand and delivering it to local schools and businesses in the village in our van. This is the story of how two brothers started sourcing water from beneath their farm in the beautiful Pembrokeshire hills and how we grew to become a trusted supplier of national restaurant chains, hotels, schools and shops.

Closing the loop

We really do love our planet and so take our environmental responsibilities pretty seriously around here and always have done. We want to protect this beautiful corner of Wales and help tackle some of the challenges currently facing it and the people we share it with. We understand that what we do has a much wider impact if we aren’t pro-active when it comes to recycling practices and energy use. We’re currently on a mission to tackle the climate crisis by setting a target of net zero by 2050, achieving Alliance for Water Stewardship certification and helping to create a circular economy for our packaging. As we say…we like to keep busy!

Supporting our friends

You don’t run a business for over 30 years without making a few friends along the way. We’re an active member of the Welsh sporting community and like to support our athletes and amateur sports people as much as we can. We’ve pledged to support and raise money for local charities, and our fundraising initiatives are pretty extensive. This year we’ve committed to partnering up with the Long Course Weekend legacy programme in a bid to enable children that otherwise are restricted via accessibility or cost to get involved in sport.
