We at Princes Gate Cool Water, aim to exceed our
Customer’s expectations & provide a long-standing
& efficient service to them through
- Providing a quality product & service at a reasonable price.
- Providing reasonable Contract terms.
- Being here in person to answer your call between the hours of
9.00am – 5.00pm.
- Calling you for your order before delivery, or deliver on a regular
fortnightly basis to replace all empty bottles.
- Negotiating a more regular delivery to larger customers where
appropriate.
- Endeavouring to respond promptly to any ad-hoc deliveries required.
- Investing in full membership to Industry Associations
- Carrying out all Sanitisations on a regular basis & in accordance with
the *BWCA & *EPDWA directive.
- Being here in person to deal with any queries you may have & aim to
resolve them promptly.
- Maintaining our *BWCA & EPDWA standards through annual independent audits.
